Rising from the deep sea into the shoreline, The Offshore Project brings a fresh marine theme into the world of Team Fortress 2 with over 200 community featured items and maps! Both RED and BLU are duking it out in the great sea for valuable resources like oil, cargo, and even exotic marine life? Whatever it may be, you're in for a deep dive abroad in the great blue offshore!

Deep in the oceanic abyss lies more than just valuable materials. From what little info has been gathered, there swims a great beast! Given these discoveries some wish to find more about “The Meg”, while others, well, prefer to use more than lethal methods. Whether it’s to study to find what secrets she hides or to maim this foul beast, you can guarantee there’s a lot of fighting to be had regarding this big S.O.B (son of a barnacle)!

Given the nature of aquatic wildlife, you would need the proper equipment to study them! Down below sprawls two conjoined research divisions at war to gather more information on the giant specimen. Both dastardly sides instill the goal of who can get the most intel on their subject first!

Through a beautiful coral reef stands a large underwater observatory. The main attraction being- where “The Meg” lives. Good news for RED as they are studying this magnificent specimen, however BLU has more nefarious ambitions. It’s up to you whether this shark swims another day or gets blown to smithereens (like in that one 1975 film!)
